Vizio makes a withdrawal to 245,000 HDTVs for a reversal problem

Vizio has a recall on several HDTV in the last 7 months sold introduced variables for the potential of turning. This is broken on tiered table with TV. Vizio States, there were 51 cases of failure of the supporting table models from 39 to 42 inches.

If you have one of these TVs or other Vizio TV with a table of media failure, you must contact the Safety Commission Consumer Products (USCPSC).

This is the number of affected models. If you have one of these models, please contact Vizio for instructions to obtain an average replacement.

This recall involves 39 E Series Vizio flat-screen TV and 42-inch LED-Table completed. The flat screen TVs are black with "VIZIO" appears in the lower right front of the television and VIZIO logo in the middle of the numbers of the following rear corners model and serial numbers are included in the recall.:

Incidents / Injuries

VIZIO has received 51 reports of the recalled televisions switch. No injuries were reported.

Resort

Consumers should use the bracket to be removed immediately, set the record in a safe place and contact VIZIO for a spare set of media. Consumers should look for the spare TV wall mount installation, if support for future use is required.

DirecTV Announces 4K UHD video on demand and satellite delivery

During the earnings call today, CEO and President of DirecTV Michael D. White has announced that it will launch its own 4K video-on-demand (VOD) service 4K "before year end". Blanc also referred to other ambitious plans 4K DirecTV.

White told the audience that he hopes (2160 3840 x) Ultra High Definition resolution "to transfer 2015 or early '16 able live content."

This depends on the successful launch of two new satellites to the American market in the next 18 months. New Birds "unlock much additional capacity to our system, and we hope that something will be used by this ability to, 4K content will be able to stream," White said.

On the question whether the quality of service is better than it is to be with HD cable now, White said: "No - I have not seen - knowledge Comcast is working ...
